Caterpillar hydraulic defects
Caterpillar has serious problems with its hydraulic systems on its products such as the 262B Skid Steer Loader . The connections of the hose assemblies are not properly torqued and the "O" rings are not properly installed. This causes leaks and the potential of catatrophic failures, including sudden dropping of blades or buckets on the equipment. The problems are being carefully and immorally hidden from proper discovery in litigation. The breach of ethics will not save Caterpillar of its burden to provide a remedy for such a violation of its duty to the Caterpillar's customers.
