CPSC investigates Yamaha Rhino

The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is investigating Yamaha's Rhino, an off-road vehicle, "following reports of some 30 deaths."

Allegedly, the Rhino's design is unsafe. The vehicle faces over 200 lawsuits in state and federal courts. Yamaha has settled some cases, and is opting to fight others.

Some plaintiffs' lawyers claim that Yamaha failed to report Rhino problems to the CPSC in a timely fashion.

If any of you have had similar experiences with off road vehicles please tell us about it.
